Alright so I had my rear differential blow up on me and replaced it with another 4 bolt lsd rear (I hope). Anyway so I start to drive it and I am getting a very apparent vibration from the rear. VERY apparent. Then around turns I heard something as though it binds and then POPS. If I go around a corner itll slow the car dramatically and bind and stops the car as if I have brakes on under 10 mph.

WTF!! Someone help me! Could it be the bushings? Could it be an axle needs replaced? The axles looked perfect when I took them out, could it also be a welded rear? ### it skips when parking also.

Sounds like it's welded or the VC is seized. With the car out of gear (and parking brake off), lift one rear wheel and try to turn it slowly.

When I have the car up on a lift and put it into gear, the rear 2 both move and one front wheel moves, but at twice the speed of the rear wheels. Could this diagnose anything?

2nd gens have 4-bolts? Are you sure that diff didn't come out of an auto? They have different rear end ratios. Also make sure you have the same size tires all around. Do the test as was suggested to make sure it's not seized, one rear wheel touching the ground, other try to spin it slowly.
