hello friends the last saturdays i put a new rear diff in my dsm is a rear diff with 22 splines LSD but when i see the bad rear diff this are 23 splines. Are difference in this two rear dif the number part is the same, but when i drive the car when i turn to the left o right the rear wheels make a sound and jum a little :hmm: thanks for the help.¡¡

The transfer is the stock gsx 1995

I think you are all confused brotha. 2g rear ends are interchangeable in manual car regardless of the year.

In the automatic transmission 2g cars, you must swap with auto rear end because they have a different rear end ratio.

recap:

2g manual transmission with 2g manual rear end.

2g auto transmission with 2g auto rear end.

Look at this videos by jack if you have any questions.
These two videos will show how you can check what year tranny and tc you got.

If they have a different spline count than obviously not. Sounds like you are refering to a transfer case though. They are 22 and 23 spline. IF you are talking about the axles than the 22 spline axle would not fit the 23 and vice versa.

thanks bro, i have a stock gsx tranny and transfer buy i buy a rear diff with 22 splines i want to now when i put them ill be sure that i dont have problem with the installation.
