Rear control arm bushings question

I'm getting ready to order urethane bushings and from what I understand the rear control arm bushings are not in the prothane total kit. Anyone replace those before? I need bushings for the top 2 arms in the picture.

I ran into a similar problem because I started with an energy suspension kit which does not include those bushings but the prothane kit does. Just get the prothane total kit.
