Hello everyone, I was hoping someone could help me out with a simple question. I want to add more camber in the rear, i already have some with the washer trick. If i add more washers to it, do i get more camber? this sounds stupid now that im typing it but id rather ask then break something. Thank you guys :)

Do you have your positive/negative mixed up?
Negative camber is where the upper center-line of the wheel (measured from left wheel to right wheel) is closer together than the lower center-line (measured from left wheel to right wheel).

i might have? i watched a video saying that the washers help with more negative camber, so i added them but now im not sure. i still have to take the ones i have off now and see if they make any difference

yeah my car is lowered. have i been lied to? :(
If you lower your car by design it adds negative camber ( top of tire leans in). People add washers to remove the negative camber. Stated another way add a little camber. The terms are typically remove camber ( negative) or add camber ( positive)

Dam, i should have known. I was skeptical to do it because in my head it made no sense because it would push the arm out more. I second guessed myself and ended up doing it anyways. 🫤. Thank you for the information

No problem...it is confusing as peolle also say let's add a little negative camber which would be removing washers. Makes sense....mostly.
