Really weird, lights turn on when I brake!!!

It happened this morning, I noticed that when I remote started my car my third brake light was on, I thought it was weird but what ever. Later on I go to remote start my car and it won't start, won't even crank! And there was some weird unusual sign crossed on my Excalibur remote display. Car starts fine with the key and runs fine but when I go to brake all my lights turn on and go off as soon as I let off the brake. When my I turn on lights, third brake light stays on no meter what, what the hell????

Seriously, whomever installed this needs to fix it. Most likely, they tapped the blink light to acknowlege relay off the wrong wire.

You def got something crossed, somehow I did this with my gauges, had weird stuff turning on and off, blinkers working differently...unplugged everyhting I had installed and put everything back right then it all ran perfectly fine . Putall the gauges back in a different way and never happened again

Alarm was installed almost 2 years ago and always worked fine, I didn't mess with the wiring, only thing I did was addition of EGT gauge that went straight to fuse box and illumination wire to dim at nite. Everything worked fine for since the install almost 3 weeks ago. The only thin is by far left brake bulb went out, when I went replace it while car was running, socket was really hot and bulb seems good. since bulb is out everything back to normal. Oh yeah and car went through the hell of a rain a nite before.

Check the bulb sockets for corrosion. These cars are noted for this which creates strange problems.

I think bulb is the case, I took it out and everything is fine! I will put in replacement bulb in a minute.
