Can I run propane through my nitrous system? Like fill the bottle with propane instead of nitrous. The reason I ask is becasue i have access to an unlimited amount of propane where I work.

propane is better used for diesel.

Propane is similar to methanol injection. It reduces knock. It's more commonly used on diesel turbocharged motors to reduce knock and create power, sure. It's just as effective on our cars by reducing knock significantly enough to allow us to create more power/boost/spray/etc. It's not "better" for anything. Depends on your reasons for wanting to run it.

Ive been asking alot of propane questions for awhile now...and nobody here has any real clear answers to our very specific questions.... Som im winging it and making my own kit now as we speak...

However im now relatively sure that at least in CA you can NOT fill a nitrous tank with propane due to all the laws surrounding npropane storage containers. However i have seen some 5lb and 10lb propane bottles that im going to be using.....as soon as i figure out where to mount the damn things....
