RC injector insulators & engine rebuild questions

Two quick questions, guys -

I'm going to swap out my stock injectors for some RC 550s'. Do they use the same insulators as the stock ones?

Also, do you guys know who's got a good deal on an OEM engine rebuild kit online. My compression is pretty low, so I'm planning on rebuilding to relatively stock specs soon.

I'd also like some advice on what can be reused on a stock rebuild for a daily driver seeing moderate boost (valves, springs, pistons & rods, etc.)
