Random Misfire and Fuel Pressure Up Solenoid?

Ok, I got 3 Codes, one is not a problem really. Its a Emissions Purge, I have a 98 ECU on a 97 Car.
The other issues I think involve on another. The Random Misfire I believe is caused by the fuel pressure issue. Which it says a Fuel Pressure Up Solenoid. WTF is that? My Fuel Pressure Regulator is connected to the Vac Line on the Manifold! Cold Starts suck again! I fixed my Coolant Temp Sensor and Coolant Temp Switch (fans). Cold start issue went away. Now its more like when its cold the car has no fuel pressure. It starts right up but dies, Start it up again it chugs hard and dies. I cannot move the car for 10-20 minutes as long as I keep it running. Cause it just spits bad. After it warms up it drives fine.

I'm thinking my Fuel Pump is going out. But I'd like to fix the issue rather than guess. I'm not ready to properly install the Winebro.

The FPS goes between the fuel pressure regulator and the nipple on the intake manifold.

There was nothing there! And everything up top looks 100% Stock. There was two things bolted to the top of the Intake manifold that plugged into the harness and nippled off into the throttle body which is still there. But nothing where you and a couple other people say. I've had the FPR this entire time connected directly to the Vac Line on the Intake manifold. Didn't have any issues till recently. How the frak am I going to find this part when 2g's are soo f'n rare!

Found a good website that shows it. I don't have it. Its mounted to the firewall in between the Brake and clutch master cylinder. Mine is missing!
