I am trying to chase down a misfire that is driving me crazy. It's not all the time, but most of the time, it happens about 30% of the time I try 1st, 60% of the time I try 2nd, and 90% 3rd. Anyway, Tried 3 different sets of new plugs gapped between .20 and .26 (BR7ES, BR8ES, BPR7ES). swapped 3 different coils packs, 2 sets of good wires, and none of the above even make it act different. The only time it's different is when I go from stock ignition to either my MSD-DIS-2 or a brand new ARC-2........ and with the stock ignition it's actually not as "ruff" or as often. YES It's WORSE with a CDI, more often and misses "harder". The only thing I noticed that I am not sure if it's right or not is my lower voltage at the coild pack itself (almost .5v lower then every where else).

Transistor connections were corroded.......

Quick question - What/where are those Transistor connections you found that were corroded?

Only because once in a while my car will misfire and buck when cruising normally and I'm thinking those could be something to check out; and hopefully solve my problem before replacing plugs and wires.

Thanks
