Hello fellow enthusiasts. I have a 95 Eclipse GS N/T that is completly stock, excluding the addition of a hack magnaflow muffler some genious "ghetto rigged" before I purchased the car
. I am in the process of getting up to date with all the maintenance, but the one thing that erks my nerves the most is that when idling, under deceleration, and sometimes during driving, the car's RPMs randomly and rapidly drop. Sometimes the car dies while I drive it. Could it be a bad fuel filter? or could it be as simple as changing the plugs, and wires
? It's really frustrating and I'm ready for it to be fixed. ( Been putting up with this crap almost ever since I got the car.)( The car has just over 123,xxx miles.) Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
