Not sure if this is electrical, but sure seems as it is:

Here is the issue. When driving, the talon will randomly drop to 15oo rpm, WB leans out, car sounds like it is running on 3 or 2 cylinders. It may do this for a little bit, or for a minute or so, then it comes back. I have checked all the wires and connections, all it good. Good fuel pressure, can't seem to narrow it down. It is setting the CEL when it does this, but I haven't been able to check the codes yet.

Here is a video:

Would start with the pulling the codes out first then go from there. You have an electrical problem since it comes and goes. What ever it is, is also setting off the "check engine" light and a trouble code is generated, which can be very helpful. It will give you a place to start. I could name a random set of components which it could be, spark, fuel, bad MAF, bad coil, bad ignition transistor circuit, faulty ecu, but, I feel it would not be very helpful until you can find out that the code is. The code that is generated would be the place I would start then go from there.

Codes stated misfire. I did a BLT, hed 25PSI fine. Checked the TPS and ISC, they tested good. Checked the plug wires, BINGO!! They are Magnacore wires (I know, they suck), they are not making full contact at the top of the plugs. After messing with them, it corrected the issue, will replace the wires this weekend.
