Random connecter

After taking the head off for a new head gasket I've ran into a few problems I mainly have 3 questions. How many lines come from the water pipe. I have 5 connected(front right one is plugged, front left is coolant for turbo, 2 under the filler neck go to the throttle body and the back one goes to the heater core however I found an extra line that I'm not sure where it goes, it may be an extra I had that accidentally got tossed into the pile but I wanna make sure before I start it.
Secondly since I am now running an evo 8 ecu and maf I was told I could delete all the vacuum lines from the throttle body and plug them off,then tell the ecu and it should run fine,I want to make sure before I take them off and realize I will still need them. I know I obviously need vaccum for the bov and fpr but are the others ok to get rid of and tune for on evo 8 ecu
Third and final question is I have a single pin connecter that I cannot track down where it goes, it seems to be close to the filler neck and coolant sensors but I don't see where it plugs in. Any help is appreciatedThanks in advance

That connector is for your starter signal.

Where can I find the other end

It's on the engine harness near the speed sensor.

Found it! Do you happen to know how many lines come of the water pipe?

(2) - the turbo coolant return and the oil cooler coolant return.

thanks. And I can tune out the need for all the vaccum lines other than fpr and bov?

It doesn't take any tuning. Most of them are emissions related and are very often removed: Taboo speed shop vacuum diagram and removal for 1g and 2g..

Keep the FPR and BOV lines.

Thanks. I know for sure to leave the bov and fpr. I'll just cap them all off since I just removed the canister and lines
