Random blips of no power under cruise

Wondering if anyone had any experience with this kind of issue. While cruising on the freeway (happens during idle sometimes too) at about 3k RPMs my car will jerk, the tach will suddenly drop 300 or so RPMs, and my wideband will read a quick blip of lean.

Sometimes it will be prolonged, and my rpms will drop to like 1.5k rpms, and the car will lose all realistic drivability, until I blip the throttle.

I have zip tied all my connectors in hopes that it would have been one of them simply being loose, did not fix the problem.

I also swapped out my cam angle sensor thinking that it was losing resolution. Nope.

I cannot figure this one out. Anyone have any idears?

sounds like an ecu problem may be a trace is getting corroded or broken

I've been told power transistor over on link, but i'll yank the ECU tonight and give her a look over.
