Gah, you guys make me feel slower and slower everytime!
LOL don't feel so bad, you have to start somewhere, and it's good to take it slowly and safely. You have a good setup on the car, just keep watching the logger and adjusting the tune. FYI, there's more to tuning than just AF ratios and ignition timing. You also have to take care of the little things that suck out power, like bad plugs or boost leaks.

Since you already have an eprom you could spend $85 on a chip burner and learn to tune it yourself. There is plenty more power hidden in those chips, particularly the way knock is handled and for how long it sucks down the timing. There are plenty of people who could help you with it, including myself.

I wasn't always so fast, (not that I'm REALLY fast now). I remember when I was just starting out I read some really cool posts by Asian which helped me get into the technical aspect of tuning DSM's. Once I started seriously tuning I watched what the car did each time I went to the track and learned from it. I would study the logs and ask myself,"what could be done better?" Since then I've achieved the #2 position on this sites 14b times list using a 14b, stock smic, stock injectors, stock IC pipes! A few years ago the thought of running an 11 with a 14b was just a dream, now there are at least 8 that have gone 11's or faster. Who know's how fast a 14b will be taken in a few more years time? It's like the old saying, 'I've only been able to reach these heights from standing on the shoulders of giants.'
