Raising Springs?

I need to raise my car as it sits low. However where I live at its very hilly and rocky so I don't want to scrape the front bumper anymore. But can anyone say what the typical ride height is so I can measure if anyone did put lowering springs on it.

Just jack the car up and look at the springs, if they look like this they're OEM.

On my all stock 99 GST, height from ground to middle of fender lip (ie. highest point of arc) is 27 1/4".
