radio help!

I picked up a 7inch jensen screen for 200$ today,Got it all hooked up and the volume keeps going all the way up and it turn it down and it spikes back up any ideas? I tryed resetting the deck but no good.WTF

the jenson indashes are known for that.. you probaly got the 9311ts or the 9410.
there is a way to bypass the raidio volume control.. you can do that by taking the face of and pulling the 2 pins behind the control and just use the remote...

that only if your using the chanels on the raidio..
if your using an amp... it might be bad rcs or a bad 4 channel
