Radiator is leaking?

My radiator started leaking pretty bad today, didnt notice until most of the coolant was gone and the temp. shot up! Pulled the radiator and found leak coming from bottom left. Are there any causes for this? Or is it just something that happens? Would any other components have contributed to this. Thanks

I think on the bottom left is the drain valve.(petcock) If it is that, you need a new one and o-ring. Or just a new o-ring.

Yes. The radiator was made fifteen years ago. It's used up. You and however many other owners have gotten their money's worth out of it. Replace.
