radiator dummy light?

ok, the other morning i got in my car to go to work and the ol' lincoln memorial dummy light came on. so i got out and looked to see if there was anything out of the ordinary goin on under the hood, everything looked normal. it went off moments later. and never came back on again the whole day. this morning i get in to go to work again, and the same thing. came on for about a minute then shut off...... any ideas what may be causing this? what to look out for? the car doesnt seem to be running unusually hot or anything like that.

It means the overflow is low. when you drive the car might put some coolant in the overflow making the light shut off.

same thing happened to me...it was the overflow.
