Racing Blowoff Valve Type II ?????

Hi i just recently purchased a 1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse GST and i was wondering if this would be a great blow off valve the Racing Blowoff Valve Type II from HKS its a recurculating blow off valve like the greddy type s but i cant find any reviews on it

i love mine, its got a soft valve and a hard valve = no adjustment, works every time.

what does it sound like? and do you have any problems with boost leak? does it mount nice? Do you have any pics? im planning on getting it but just wanna know what others have experianced with that BOV.

if it's a recirculating bov, it's going to be very hard to hear as the noise comes from venting to the atmosphere. If you're recirculating, it blows it back into the intake system, thus keeping it a closed system and not allowing the air to escape.

oh i know what you mean since its in a closed hose its pretty much silent buty as the greddy type s is also recirculation it does make a swoosh noise

sounds like a swoosh, i dont got my recirc. kit yet but there is a pic in my profile gallery. no probs with leaks and it mounts nice.
