Race seat for big guy

They do sell some seats that come with a wide option, corbeau for example had a wide option. To deal with the height I'd fabricate your own side mounts as ones from the company I find out the drivers height up quite a bit

Do the corneaunwides fit fine in a 2g with a full interior? Thats wht I'm trying to find out, if the kirkey will fit fine.

That being said, kirkeys suck as a seat. They are far from something I'd consider a "comfortable" seat and are pretty much only useable as a roundy-round or drag race seat only.

Drag seat, thats the plan, swap the 2g seat for regular driving.

You guys are killin me on this thread, answering peoples questions from 2008 and not my simple measurements question for the 2g seats, since I'm not close to my car.

I make brackets for the 2g! But fyi the large kirkey barely fits in the 2g, fits but barely. I could have gone 18"

Another Big man little Car here WOOT WOOT. 6foot 4inches tall 300lbs and stock seats but I fit like a glove just gotta have my swagger lean so my head doesnt hit the top. Ide like a lower ride as well so ill be watching it.

I'm 5'11" and 250lbs and had 2 different racing seats that worked real well for me.

Bringing this thread back, i'm 6'5 with a 35'' waist and 220lb. Looking for a seat that will give me more headroom than factory leather 2g seats and fit my body. Ive sat in a sparco evo 2 and it was a little too snug.

I posted back on page one. The Corbeau A4 seats while fit your waste nicely. But at 6'0" I don't have much headroom left. Once I put my helmet on I'm in constant contact with the headliner and my helmet is less than 5". This is the A4 seats installed with the Corbeau mounting brackets.
