QUIET 3 inch turbo back exhaust?

I have been looking for a quiet, full 3 inch (no bottlenecks, w/ or w/o o2 eliminator) turbo back setup for my 97 gsx. If there is such a thing... I know it will be loud with no cats but I'm just seeing if there is any major noise differences between some setups. From searching on here I have gotten quite a few different opinions, however, most threads where for quiet cat back exhausts or full 2.5 inch turbo back. I'm not expecting a stock sounding exhaust, I am being realistic... I just want a comparitive idea on any good setups that won't attract too much attention to my daily driver.

Any recommendations on a turbo back or catback/dp combos?

The greddy evo is quiet, socalieclipse with his evo exhaust, same downpipe and test pipe is 100 times quieter than me with the tanabe fart can. He is probably near legal noise level in california.
