so here's the deal - the o2 sensor housing I have is 2.5 inches and I'm wondering, is a 2.5 inch exhaust a noticable difference between a 3 inch exhaust?

The only reason I ask is because I need to replace my exhaust and I would rather not have to replace the o2housing with a new one as well - purely for cashflow reasons.

Thanks fellas :D

Port or have your 02 housing ported, 2.5" DP, 2.5" test pipe, and 3" cat back, Thermal or Apex. this set up is good to 400 Hp. If you plan on going to a 50 trim or bigger the 3" is a better choise.

U might as well go 2.5

It is not that much of a difference to make a headache about. If your money is tight go with that. If not, go bigger if you want to. I suggest somthing like this for people that are looking to save a few bucks. Stay stock till you want more.
