i am getting kosei k1 ts 17x8" rims with +35mm offset. i have a 92 laser rs turbo awd.
what is the widest size tire that will fit on these without rubbing issues and maintain accurate speedo readings?
can i get 245/40-17?
i need an answer fast so i can order these damn things and put my new brakes kit on.

shouldn't this be moved to a non performance mod forum? 
you may be newbie, but not all of your questions will be answered here indefinately. Non performance sections are browsed by people who generally get into that kind of stuff more and will have better answers anyways.
