quick exhaust manifold question

buying this really soon but I wanted to find out who made the exhaust manifold, also

looks very identical to the T3/T4 but its not,

does that tdo5h not have an internal wastegate?

^ You can't see it still attached to the turbo? Is the flapper welded shut, or flapper just un hooked from a boost source? If that is the case, it will just blow open.

it does have an internal wastegate but I need opinions, if I kept the internal would I have to deal with boost creep? Because I am really thinking of just welding it off (internal) when I get it.

If youre getting the external with the setup in the picture then just go with that and weld the internal shut.
