Quick Brake Question;

I was wondering my rear right brake rotor is actuallty glowing orange. I know thats not rele a good thing. I noticed on hills and such it wont roll backwards. I was thinking its either the caliper is siezed or the brackets are rusty and frozen. I am guessing its the caliper since i replaced one already on the other side. And the brackets seem to be working fine on that one.

pull the brake off and see if it turns easy, if it still doesn't its a bearing

A wheel bearing won't glow a brake disc without other serious and loud indicators. It's a seized caliper.

Yep definitely a caliper. I had the same problem before.
