i have the stock IC piping and T25. but, I was going with a 1G BOV, I got this for a deal of $55. Does anyone have this BOV? if so, can I see what you did to mount it and if there are any tricks? it seems easy to install, and I know that BOV's are, butthis one has smaller flanges on it than the piping which is larger causeing a "hole" around the BOV. thanks

if what you are saying is that even after your tighten down the clamp you still have room between the BOV and the pipe, if so then you could try rapping your BOV with ducttape until it will fill the gap and alittle more to get a night tighten down. I'm not real big on those BOV's I like my good ole 1g :D

Ridiculous. Duct.... Tape. ROFL ROFL ROFL ROFL ROFL Absolutely the most worst advice I've seen in a long time. If you need to make up for some space try cutting out a section of cork gasket to fit your needs. You can buy a roll of it for cheap @ an auto parts store and make your own. Finish it off with a small smidge of silicone gasket maker. Keep in mind. This is only a temporary fitment and is 100x better than duct tape. Get the proper flange for the BOV.

i think for the Turbo XS style BOV's there is a L flange.

install that BOV and try to close the hood. most turbo xs have clearence problems, so they have a flange that makes them sit horizontaly. then you gotta custom make a return pipe or hope yours fits.

there should be a flange for the 2g that fits perfectly in the hole.
