Resolved Questions on a connector and AEM EMS/MSD DIS2/COP on a 90

I have a 90 dsm that I am going to put msd dis2 and a buschur cop on. I am running aem ems. My first question is do I need to run both the stock tack adapter and the msd one since I am using aem ems? Second question, I have to say I am really sorry for this stupid question but I have had my motor apart for oh about 5 years and I can not remember what goes to what. So my question is what connector is this.
