Alright so last Friday i replaced my valve cover gasket because come to find out i was leaking oil into on of my spark plugs. After taking the valve cover and the old gasket off, i took as much oil out of the spark plug area [where is was leaking] and replaced the spark plugs.
I had to do all of this because my engine was shaking like crazy. After all was done i started my car back up and drove it around to see if it had any impact on the shaking. which it did, BUT! its still kind of there, now instead of it shaking like crazy, it only shakes alittle bit. i was wondering if this had anything to do with my plug wires, due to one of them being soaked in oil for god knows how long.

your advice would be appreciated.

thanks,
nate

x2 - when you take out the plugs all the left-over oil in there will drop into the combustion chamber so expect some smoke on start up with the new plugs n wires.

Before i took the plug out i removed as much oil as i could with some paper towels and a small flat head screw driver.
Next Friday ill go ahead and buy new plugs and let you know what happens.
i do have enough oil by the way.

thanks.
