Question about venting my Valve Cover

Hey guys, I just installed a Custom 3" intake and it doesn't have the hole for the valve cover tube, I was wondering where do I vent it or if I can buy one of those small valve cover filters and place it directly on the nipple.

I buy the cheapest plastic see through filter (like 3 bucks) and stick it on the end of the hose and then just change it every few months.
