Question about the oil return line

Ok, so I blew my t25 a while ago and figured that I'd just go ahead and swap in a 14b. I have all the lines and stuff that I need except for the oil return line. I know I can get it if I buy an install kit, but I am not about to spend $100+ just for that one item. Anyone know where I can just get a return line, or will the stock one from a 1g work on a 2g? Thanks.

I bought my Talon with this set-up and have had to do some "fixing" to make it right. If possible, use the 2G return line so that you know it will match up with the oil pan. On the turbo end, grind out the holes in the return line to match the 14b.

You have 2 options.

#1 Use a return line from a 1G. -OR-
#2 Modify your 2G return line. It easy. Picture this as the flange that bolts to the turbo. You are going to want to use some sort of file or grinder and widen the bolt holes. Just remove the area that is red.

Yes, that is the correct line, but wouldn't recommend paying $55 for a new one. You can find a used one in the classifieds, on eBay, or in a local junkyard for $5-$10.

Would you suggest getting a 1g return line, or just grinding out the 2g one. I have the 2g still on my car 'cause I didn't want to drain my oil, but I will if the 1g would work better.
