well, I just got the 680's in this afternoon. My first time ever tuning, i spent 30min playing with the lo throttle setting using a pocketlogger, and got all the rpm intervals pretty close to 0 for st/lt fuel trims. My car seemed to like these settings best:
-10, -18, -22, -22, -22, -22. -22, -22
I have a question about the safc though. From everything ive been reading on tuning, it seems that around 1% change on the safc will create about 3% change on the fuel trims, and if you go too far in either direction the ecu will no longer be able to compensate. However, when I messed around with it, I could take the safc all the way from -35% to +35% and only have the fuel trims change slightly. Is there something I am missing? I know everyones settings are a little different, but this just didn't seem right to me. I was as if the safc barely made a difference at all.
