Question about overrun and afpr

So lets just say someone had overrun and they brought an afpr. What would they do to the fuel pressure, lower it?
I have overrun now and I wanted to know what would be a good setting to run! Stock the pressure is 37.

Yes, you set it to stock base fuel pressure. A good aftermarket FPR raises fuel pressure on a 1:1 ratio to boost, just don't get a crappy B&M FPR.

I know this thread is old, but I believe I have overrun and I need a quick fix for emissions.

I have an afc, 660cc injectors and a walbro 190 (rewired). I had this setup for as long as I can remember, now my cel light is on. The code said something about my fuel pressure. Will overrun throw a cel?

I'm in the process of rebuilding my car and I dont want to buy an afpr right now, will replacing the stock unit with another fix the problem long enough for me to pass emission? I dont have to worry about it until August.
