question about my fuel trim

under normal driving conditions my LT is 5.x or 3.x or along thoes lines while my ST jumps anywhere from -5.x to 10.x, is this normal? isnt the Lt supposed to get to 0 eventually from the st canceling it out by going negative. can you direct me to a forum where i can learn about fuel trims. thanks.

i assoume you have somthing to tune with ? ( afc,etc )
if so you can start out by reseting your ECU (clearning your LTFT's)
then tune for "0" (dsmlink does this every time you shut the car off)

i have no way to tune yet, i was monistring my fuel trims on my laptop just to see what was going on, but when i can tune, i want the long terms at 0 right?
