Question about exh mani bolts

one of the bolts on a car im trying to buy is all the way out, and just hanging in there, pointing towards lower part of the fans, just wondering if its just a bolt that worked its way loose or if it could be something more?

Probably worked its way loose.
Or someone tried to take it off, and couldnt, so they half assed it back on.

Yea it could be more, but did you try messing with the bolt at all? First thing i would want to know is does it thread into the motor? Is it the right bolt?

See if the bolt will tread back in.
