question about DSM "A" and DSM "B"

just a quick scenario.

both dSM A and B have the same mods. lets just say a 16g upgrade.
exhaust. intake. both pushing say 16psi. the same mods no matter
what....

BUT...DSM A has a cat. conv. and silencer in his exhaust and is running
on 18" wheels.

and DSM B is runnin no cat. conv. and no silencer. and is also
runnin on the stock 16" rollers.

would DSM B be significantly faster? by a lot? barely faster?
does guttin out the cat. really make a huuuuuge difference?
i know 18" will slow you down...but by how much?!

and just to be techincal say the started from a dead stop AND
another one from a rolling start...

How much to the 18's weigh?

I know 18's that run only 18-20 pounds is lighter than the stock 16's

Having a cat and silencer vs no cat and no silencer will slow you down but I wouldn't say by whole lot.

Either way DSM B is going to win from a stop or roll. I don't think by to much but it will win.

DSM B would win, but it wouldn't be by much. Honestly, I'd take DSM A, simply because it follows the law and 18s make a DSM look hella better than 16s.
