I put a computer in my stock 2g talon and got the p1390 code after. Is the DRB3 tool what you use for the OBD1 cars to do the relearn? I keep seeing references to 96+ cars but nothing for the 95 and below.

The reason I put a new computer in was that my car would die when going over bumps. After further diagnostics (read: tapping the ecu with the butt of a flashlight), I found the problem.

Anyway, the car drives fine, but the lights on now.

95 Talons are OBDII compliant. OBDI would be incorrect for your vehicle. See the attached troubleshooting page for P1390 from the FSM.
