Just felt like sharing that my 1g bov (crushed) came in today to put on my 98 gst.
I'm very stock still - K&N "intake"
is pretty much my only performance mod unless u count the "free" mods. I removed the boost solenoid restrictor... But i do have a question, do you think that putting a crushed 1g bov will give me too much boost surge? Like if poeple say the stock 4g63 is good for 15-16psi, and if a crushed 1g (no dodge mod) blows at 22ish psi, than is that a problem? Or is it not because the fuel is the limiting factor in what the stock engine setup can run? Also, Will I be good to put the 1g on without a boost controller (although i will be ordering it soon)... thanks for any help!
It is crushed about 2mm below the top of the "hat" (don't know what to call it)
