I just got my car back on the road.

Setup is as follows.

Shep stg 3 trans.
Shep spec quartermaster twin disc.
OEM Slave Cylinder
Stainless steel clutch line
Mobil 1 75w-90 Synthetic

Haven't adjusted the clutch pedal yet, but the engagement is really on/off and its pretty noisy.

I don't mind the noise and the on/off engagement is something I can probably live with...but I spoke with Shep today and he suggested possibly going with the Isuzu slave cylinder.

Here are a few pics of the setup/car.

shep mentioned that as well...but said the Isuzu slave is fine provided its modified properly.

i have a brand new stainless steel clutch line on the car...so I'm reluctant to go with an entirely new setup but may if I'm not happy.

shep also recommended adjusting the clutch pedal so its closer to the firewall. As it stands right now I've adjusted the clutch outward to accomodate the last twin disk I was running...which was a quartermaster with custom machined flywheel.

In any case, all suggestions are welcome.

I have the 2g slave and accumulator, the only complaint is there is to much pedal travel. Right now I have more play up top to keep from overextending the fingers on the pressure plate. Drivability is not bad at all. I can inch the car up my trailer without issues. When I get free time I may play around with the izuzu slave to see what is has to offer.

I did the Isuzu slave cylinder in my 2G with the PTT twin disk and I find that I actually have a lot of modulation with the set-up. My car seams easier to drive around the streets than my friends car with the stock 2G slave and a Clutch Masters twin disk.

The 2g accum was a really good choice I made. Made it a ton better to drive. Highly reccomend it
