Yep I know Luke. He has an 11 second all motor 86GT but it is a 5.8. I'd be more impressed if he did that with a 5.0. Fast freakin car though. His Galant goes pretty good too.

jsigone.... 50 trim/Stage III/.63. If I remember correctly, Nate gets full spool by 3800-4000. he now has the 60 trim and that takes longer to spool.

hehe don't diss on the 5.8s...mine has one too...has gone a best of 11.97@115

there are not too many 11 second all motor 5.0s around....its easier to do it with the 5.8s....more torque too and stronger block for a power-adder...lukes helped me out on my dsm a few times when i had problems with it....Nates car is badass btw......
 
I'd say go for the 660s. You can always take out some fuel with an AFC or something.

Not dissing the 5.8s at all. By me it is rare to see a well setup Mustang. I know how hard it is to get that much power out of a 5.0, which is why said I'd be more impressed with an 11 second 5.0. In my book, if you get anything in to the 11s, you're doing alright. I'm actually in the market for a Mustang or other 5.0. Want to try something different and want the nice torquey V8 with the deep throaty V8 rumble!
 
I went with a Hybrid Garrett T3/T4 50 trim w/ internal WG, but with this deal that Nate has.. I regret not going for the full setup with the external WG. I have no problems with boost creap with the internal WG, but the Garrett package he sells is a good deal.

I am running 660's on my setup and I am glad that I didnt go with the 550's. The reason is you can always limit the amount of fuel with a A-FPR, S-AFC.
