Q's About Taillights

On Ebay I seen a set of carbon fiber tails for a 90-94 eclipese only. My question is, why wont they work on a talon? I knew there was differences in parts of the body, but I thought it was the front, and the sides that were differnet, so is this true or not that they wont fit... if they dont fit right, how hard would it be to make them fit.

Pretty sure to add those tails you only need a eclipse rear bumper peice to make it all fit 2gether.

I think they will work on 90-91 Talons...

the talons all have that little dip in the center of the bumper

So it wouldnt take much body modification if any at all? Does anybody have a pic of a 91 talon with the carbon tails?

I don't have a pic, but 90-91 E/T/L's rear's are the same shape, 92-94 eclipse and laser stayed that way, while the 92-94 talons, put the license plate between the tails, f-ing up everything

But yeah, 90-94 eclipse tails should fit your 91 Talon.

I looked around, and the 90-91 talons look like they will work, the tails are the ones im lookin at, that say there dor eclipses only, but the pic of a talon looks exactly alike

Sorry I didn't catch it sooner for ya. They don't look too bad though, although I'm usually not into aftermarket tails, because they need to go good with the whole car. Good luck with it!

yea really, but i got a few lil carbon things here and there, and my car is a really dk blue with the factory ground effect things a charcoal grey, (sounds kinda weird, but it looks good) so i think theyll fit in alright, and i gotta get a set anyway, my sister "accidentally" ran into the back o my car, and it broke the driver side one
