Q-Forms worth it? Alternatives?

Well I've decided I'm sick of having crappy sound from my doors and that kick pods would rock my socks just a little bit harder.
Question is are Q-forms worth the $150 price tag?
Are there any alternatives?

Yeah, get some component speakers and put the woofers in the doors and the tweeters in the stock locations. There's some custom stuff needed for the stock tweeter locations.

I'm confused, your reply can be summarized as "yes, buy speakers and install them". I'm not sure that really covers the question. Maybe I missed what you were trying to say.

Granted, I should have indicated I have a great component system already.
CDT Cl62 6.5" drivers
Satnet 456a Crossover
Tw-25 1" silk dome tweeters
Running off the dying breed, a SoundStream Van Gogh 400.2 pumping out 110+watts RMS to each channel.

The tweets are mounted in the window sail position and the drivers are in the doors with plenty of Dynamat.
No matter how much sound deadening is usesed in our doors, door mounted drivers will always be running IB. To step it up, sound quality-wise, I want to use a sealed enclosure. Thats why I was looking into kick pods. They provide a sealed enclosure with a more ideal mounting location (minus the issue of foot room).

Anyone have any experience with these Q-Forms and if they're worth the $150 they sell for? Or know if theres a better alternative?
