Putting on A/C / power steering belt.

Ok so about 3 years ago I bought a lightweight crank pulley for my 420a. I drove the car on the highway and all of the sudden the belt shredded and now I have no A/C/powersteering. Now today I want to put the belt back on the car to sell it. Is it simple to bring back a/c/powersteering just by putting the belt back on? Or do i have to charge the A/C? Oil the pulleys?

They should both work after you put the belts back on unless the a/c refrigerant or p/s fluid leaked out. No the pulleys don't need to be oiled, but it might be a good idea to spray some wd40 on them or something since they have spun in a while.
