Putting Car In Drive

When I put the car in Drive it revs up a little and jerks kinda hard. Is there a way to fix this with the Idle Speed Screw? Is this a sign of trouble? I've yet to mess with my idle speed and don't want to screw it up without knowledge of what the problem might be.

Yeah, sorry I didn't mention it. I checked it Just the other morning and it was within the ideal HOT range (after I drove it 20 miles on the freeway from work) and the fluid looked of good color and texture.

My 2G dose the same thing when I put it drive... Any ideas why?
