Purge valve?

Hey guys,

So I was told I needed to replace my "purge valve" and I can't find this part anywhere on the Mitsubishi Dealers website...

Do you guys know the correct name for this and if so do you know where it is on the dealers website?

Any help would be amazing.

What you have there in that picture is the Purge Valve Solenoid if i'm not mistaken. Any dealer should know what that is.

Call up a dealer's part's department and ask them, if anyone can find one, they can. If not, then you will have to resort to JY digging. Ebay seems to have a bunch of them, assuming that they are for the correct application. Which I was unable to verify...

That is your fuel pressure solenoid, emissions related. It aids in hot starts

Part number MD113721. JNZtuning is usually the cheapest for OEM parts but in this case I would buy off the classifieds. I can't see anyone wanting more than $20 for it. It's an easy part to come by when people do emissions deletes with DSMlink

Have you tested it to be bad? It's a quick test to be 100% that's the problem
