pump problem meth

Im having problems getting my water injection pump to pump. I have the outlet open on the pump and its barely dribbling out. I guesse the pump is locked with air, but i cant figure out how to fix that? I have a coolingmist kit.

Is the checkvalve mounted to the pump? If it is you have to take it off to prime the system. The check valve looks like a little tube about 3" long.

No, the valve is near the nozzle at the front of the car and even with it removed it still doesnt pump. I have the outlet of the pump completely open so it should just spray out all over the back of my car and its not. Maybe the pump is just shot?

Try blocking the outlet on the pump with your thumb and see if it builds any pressure. If it doesn't it is probably junk.

Shurflo and aquatecs should clear themselves. WHen did the problem start? What mix are you using?
