Pulsing lights EVERYWHERE

My light's are pulsing at idle, and im not sure what would cause it..

What's your idle at? Check your alternator to be sure it is holding correct voltage as well.

It's just during idle?
Make sure, you do have proper voltage, when car is off and while it's running. If those are good, then make sure you have correct tension on the belt, well actually if belt was/is lose, then you probably don't have correct voltage. Perhaps an alternator that is going bad. Make sure your grounds and power cables have a good connection and are not oxidizing.

Replaced the IAC and the pulsing went away
