Pulsing lights interior and headlights and tail lights?????

Ok so just got my baby back from the shop new engine, bigger 60 trim garrett turbo, turbo manifold, tial 38mm wastegate the works . Well here is what ruined my smile when i drive at night i notice that all my lights are pulsing inside dash and all interior lights as well as exterior headlights and tail lights like they are throbbing some kind of electrical problem. Thought it was the alternator so bought a new one and replaced that but still doing the same thing. Anyone ever experience anything like this im stumped and have never seen anything like this. Took it to shop they grounded my block to frame thinking it was a grounding problem and that didnt help eitheri need your help guys!!!!!!!!

and yes i did a search for it first and couldnt find anything like it

Had a problem similar to this and there was a short in the main wiring harness. Probably not what you want to hear. With all the parts being put on, it can be easy to do with wires and their insulation being this old.

dam yea not what i wanted to hear devil dog so how much did it run you to replace the harness and did you do it yourself or get it done?
