Ok, guys, i have a 1995 Eclipse GSX and the only performance mods it has on it are; hard upper intercooler piping with a HKS SSQ BOV, and 2 1/2 cat back exhaust. the car has about 90,000 miles on it and seems to be running fine. however when i come out of hard acceleration, or sometimes any kind of moderate acceleration the car will let out a puff of white smoke. sometimes it is more than a puff though, its a cloud! :thumbdown i have the HKS SSQV on the car that vents to the atmosphere and i have heard that it may cause problems with puffs of white smoke, but could it be something this bad to where it causes clouds? or do you think it could be that the turbo seals are going bad and it is leaking coolant through? i dont think it is an oil leak through the block or head, or head gasket because it isnt constant and it doesnt always happen. also, wouldnt an oil leak be more of a darker color? this is a pure white smoke that is emmited. i just dont know if it is the BOV, a problem with my turbo, or something worse? any help or advice would be much appreciated here guys! thanks!
