Okay, so apparently there is something up with my ps/ac belt or crank pulley or something! I have a video attached, it shows exactly what I am talking about. The tensioner is brand new and the belt is not damaged, nor are any of the pulleys the belt runs along. I had checked all the pulleys for any damage and I cannot visibly see anything. I cannot figure out what the heck is causing the wobble but I do notice that is is only on the bottom that it 'wobbles' between the ac pulley and the crank pulley, but looks fine from the crank to the ps pulley, ps pulley to tensioner pulley and the tensioner pulley to the ac pulley. Any ideas?

Without having any more information, I'd guess your crank pulley isn't fully seated. Did you have to remove it recently?

Yeah, i just did the head on it and put everything back together. When I put the crank pulley on, I used a rubber mallet to start it on there then after I was able to thread the bolt a few threads, I used an impact gun and torqued the bolt down on there as far as I could. I will check again today to make sure its in there all the way, but wouldn't the alternator belt wobble too?

As for it being too tight, I tried loosening it up a bit but when I do, the belt will come right off.

Maybe, maybe not. The alternator belt is a lot shorter and has fewer bends.

Telling me you used an impact gun doesn't give me too much information. I've used relatively powerful guns and really weak guns. You should make sure the pulley is torqued to 105 ft-lbs using a proper torque wrench. Of course, be sure no debris got caught between the crank and pulley.

I will torque it to 105 ft. lbs tomorrow if it isn't already. Here is a video of it after I loosened the tensioner pulley a little. I also noticed that when the belts on and its running, there seems to be a grinding noise, like a metal on metal sound. And with it tight, there is a "woo woo woo woo woo" sound from there. With it loose, the noise was very faint.

It has to be your A/C compressor.

Pull the belt and give the compressor a good spin by hand.

Or...

Get a 50405 belt (might be other numbers/letters before it depending on brand). Remove the tensioner pulley and use the adjustment on the power steering pump to tighten the belt. See if the noise/wobble goes away.

Oo, I'll try deleting the tensioner pulley and see what happens.

I deleted the tensioner pulley and put 490k5 belt on and its still as loud. I have it loosened up a bit and its quieted down but i don't know what the problem is which is what I want to fix instead of deleting my ps and ac...

What belt would i use if I deleted the ac and tensioner pulley? I know there's a post of belt numbers and stuff but my computer crapped out and I'm using my phone now.
