I just picked up a '97 TSi AWD yesterday. I couldn't pass on it . So I will be there fo sho. So long as work doesn't change my days off hehe.

I will have a few things to sell. Nothing major though, I know have some eclipse tail lights, fogs, couple crash beams etc... I don't know what all I have, I'll take inventory tomorrow and post back up.

Correction: Need to check the timing. The cams are aligned, need to check the crank. It would've been helpful to have that lug key the whole time... hahaha.

just an ISC connector. Axle is fixed, radiator is ready. fluids are just sitting.

Just saying, I've already loaded up all my tools, driven out to your place, and spent a full day working on the car... twice. The next time I go out there I want it to be the last haha. So be sure everything is lined up and ready to go man.

Idle speed control. Its on the throttle body.

is that the same connector that i was recently told is a throttle position sensor? the one I need is right across from the throttle wire, like directly oposite side of the throttle body, I just ran a Genysis on it, and that was the code that came up.

No the isc is under the throttle body elbow. The TPS (throttle position sensor) is what you described its across from your throttle body cable.

Brown thing at the bottom is ISC, and the black on the right is your TPS

OK, thank you. I was told right (and guessed right) But yea, my instructor was pretty confident that the TPS is bad on my car. Thankfully my mums works at napa and I can get a new one for like 50 bucks

Not only do i have the ISC connector for you. I also got a TPS sensor too and driver and passenger seat for 40 dollars for everything,delivered... sound good to you and when do you want it delivered. plus i can stay for the day to help you get everything installed. i can do it any day for the next four days!!!! let me know
